Error 1000 The billing information provided does not match what is on the card. We cannot override this, please double check the information. If it still does not work, contact your bank. You will see pending transactions for every one of these errors you get, they will fall off within 2-3 days.

Error 2004 This credit card is expired.

  • Because of the nature of the product, we have an All Sales Final policy.

  • Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
    • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.

  • Products that will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

Each Pouch Sling is just one size, whereas each adjustable sling covers a range of four sizes. The adjustable sling also has extra padding for both the carrier and baby.

We recommend going up to the next size if you are in between. The next size up will give you one more inch in length and two inches in circumference.

The wrap is one size only. It's a large piece of fabric you wrap around yourself to carry your baby.

Our products are not waterproof. However, the breathable fabric should provide plenty of coverage from the elements for every day activities, and briefly going out and about in mild to severe weather.

Our breathable canopies may be universally used in all weather conditions. For the coldest climates, we recommend the Original canopy. For the warmest climates, we recommend the Muslin or Jersey Stretch styles.
